Assam Public Service Commission's Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) — the state's senior administrative-service exam, governed by the CCE (Amendment) Rules, 2019. Study material reuses UPSC's own extensive GS1-4 citation corpus (culture, modern India, world history, geography, polity, international relations, GS3 economy/tech/security, and the complete GS4 ethics paper), with 5 chapters authored fresh for Assam's own history and cultural heritage (Ahom dynasty administration, Bihu, freedom movement), geography and natural resources (Brahmaputra valley, Kaziranga, tea and petroleum), political and administrative system (Governor, State Assembly, Assam PSC, district administration), economy and welfare schemes, and biodiversity/environment/security/disaster management (Brahmaputra flood management, border security, presented with strict factual neutrality on politically sensitive dimensions).
