Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission's Provincial Civil Services (PCS) Examination — the senior administrative-service exam for India's most populous state. Prelims has General Studies Paper I (verbatim UPSC Prelims GS1, with a dedicated item on Uttar Pradesh) and CSAT Paper II (qualifying). Mains has a qualifying Hindi paper, an Essay paper, 4 compulsory General Studies papers verbatim-equivalent to UPSC's own Mains GS1-4 (History/Culture/Society/Geography; Governance/Constitution/Polity/Social Justice/IR; Technology/Economic Development/Bio-diversity/Environment/Security; Ethics/Integrity/Aptitude), and then TWO ENTIRE ADDITIONAL PAPERS found in no other state's syllabus at this scale: General Studies-V, covering UP's own political system, judiciary, Public Service Commission, local self-government, land reforms, internal security, law and order, health, education, welfare-scheme implementation, tourism and innovation (18 topic areas); and General Studies-VI, covering UP's economy, industry, public finance, investment climate, demography, agriculture, forest policy, physical geography, transport and power infrastructure, pollution, climate, and specialized agriculture (20 topic areas).
